COLOUR: golden yellow with amber reflections

NOSE: intense and sturdy bouquet: dehidrateted apricots, cream caramel and raisin

TASTE: hot, soft and persistent; it has also an honey fragrance which slowly fade away

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10°C

MATCHING TIPS: Wine for meditation. You can try with cheese, cake with hazelnut or apple, dark, bitter chocolate, crème brulée, “bunet”.
