VINE-TRAINING: classic row of vines with Guyot pruning; we choice the rootstocks according to the type of land, with most clones to obtain a wider bouquet

ALTITUDE: 450-500 m slm

COLOUR: straw yellow with fine and persistent

NOSE: slight hints of bread crust with vegetable notes

TASTE: fine, delicate and intense with well balanced acidity and an important structure given by the high percentage of pinot noir

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 5-8°C

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 1 g/l

MATCHING TIPS: you can drink as aperitif or during the meal
