SOIL: light with medium fertility; best grown facing south south east.

VINE-TRAINING: classic row of vines with Guyot pruning; we choice the rootstocks according to the type of land, with most clones to obtain a wider bouquet

ALTITUDE: 450-500 m

COLOUR: pale garnet red with purple nail

NOSE: fruity showing blackberries and ripe cherries

TASTE: elegant with a long refreshing end

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20° C

MATCHING TIPS: rice, red meat, cheese and legume.
